I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for doing an excellent job on installing the radiator heating system in our house. My wife and I were very impressed with your professionalism and that of your crew.

Before we contracted with you, we had attempted to have other companies assess our situation and to present proposals. Let's just say that many didn't bother to show up. Others would show up, but not follow through by providing a proposal, etc. It didn't take us long to see that you operated quite differently and made us feel we could count on you and your company.

We were very impressed by how organized you were and how you paid attention to the details. Our biggest concern was that the drywall and painting would show where the work was done. It turns out the finish work was done perfectly. The walls throughout the house were restored to so well that you would never know that any work had been done in the house.

Most importantly, you got the job done ahead of the anticipated time!

Norm (lead technician) was eager to get my feedback on what I thought of the installation, and was very attentive to my concerns. He and his crew definitely knew what they were doing, and even identified a pre-existing electrical hazard which I elected to have fixed. The installation really exceed my expectation-definitely an A+ from start to finish.

Susan and I are writing to tell you just how much we appreciate the job you did for us in replacing the Entran II heating system in our home. We have been dreading facing the job for several years. We were surprised and delighted at how much easier it was than we had supposed it would be.

We were impressed with the straightforward way you presented the options and prices. The men who did the work were all very cordial and open. We particularly enjoyed the way the work was explained and displayed throughout the process. To all who are looking for a great plumbing contractor.

I recently had a personal experience with Hubbell Electro-Mechanical (471-4221) when the propane gas valve on my boiler failed on a Friday afternoon before the Martin Luther King long weekend last month during that very cold snap. Every plumber in town I called told me the valve was not available till Tuesday.

In desperation, I called Hubbell at 4:30 on Friday. Evelyn, the dispatcher, located a valve (how, I have no idea), and sent their plumber Trey to replace the valve at 7:00 pm. Only to discover that the Plumbing Supply House, NOT Evelyn, had given Trey the wrong part. The technician made a call, had the right valve set aside, picked up the valve from the parts manager's house and came back Saturday morning to fix the boiler and finally get heat back on to my house.

I cannot recommend this group highly enough. The work was exceptional and the technician even pointed out other items on the boiler that needed to be addressed which no plumber had ever pointed out, including installing a temperature regulator which I needed because I have Entran II.

If you need a good plumber, call Hubbell. You won't be disappointed.
